This is the impressum of this site.
A phone number does not seem to be legally required for an Impressum. For example, the German club Codeberg e.V. does not include a phone number in its Impressum. The controversial blogger Danisch, who seems to have experience with lawsuits, does not have a phone number in his Impressum as well. Also, a phone number does not mean a 24/7 availability per se, as a phone can only process one call at a time. I also have not heard of an Impressum hotline as well.
